thermotracker sensors – sensitive temperature tracking

The thermotracker sensor is the crucial component in the innovative thermohauser system for logging and documentation during temperature-sensitive food transportation. The thermotracker is a small but incredibly simple system, which offers guaranteed compliance at all times with statutory auditing and documentation obligations relating to food transportation.

The sensors (each measuring approx. 6.1 cm by 6.1 cm) are inserted in the sensor frame, which has already been positioned on the Gastrostar GN 1/1 insulated box.

The sensors record the latest measurement either every 30 seconds or every minute and, depending on the model, can be used to record the ambient temperature inside the box or the core food temperature.
The thermotracker system can be used for temperatures ranging between -50°C and +150°C. The device has an IP rating of IP65 and thus is protected against the ingress of dust and splashing water. If required, the thermotracker can be wiped down with a damp cloth. If the sensor frame is going to be washed under hot running water or in the dishwasher, the sensors must be removed first.

Activation system and thermotracker portal – for the complete system

To start documenting the temperature, you will need the thermotracker app on a compatible Android smartphone / handheld device. We recommend the Caterpillar CAT S42 H+, available from CAT retail partners, e.g. from electrical retailers or Amazon. However, there are many other smartphones that will also work perfectly. All that is needed is a quick check of the technical requirements, and we would be delighted to assist. The thermotracker app is available free from the Google Play Store.

Date backups and archiving are done in the thermotracker portal. The licence allows you to manage up to 15 sensors, update your delivery destinations, and display temperature records in graph or tabular form.
