Temperature-sensitive food transport – guaranteed with the Blu'Box 13!
The Blu'Box 13 is the smallest model in the rigid plastic Blu'Box range and is ideal for transporting GN 1/1 Gastronorm containers with a depth of 100 mm. Catering and delivery services will find this an ideal basic model for transporting temperature-sensitive meals. The box offers passive temperature control for the food, ideally in a range between -20°C and +100°C. This insulated box closes securely via a clip-lock mechanism, the carrying handles can easily be folded out when required.
Blu’boxes for perfect food transport
The rigid plastic used in the Blu'Box range is made using high-quality plastic (PP). This material contains metal ions that inhibit bacteria, which significantly facilitates compliance with the relevant hygiene regulations. Consequently, these insulated boxes are approved for use with food products. The blue colour creates a fresh, attractive appearance, while the red handles stand out well visually and can also be folded out if required. After use, the boxes can simply be washed out using hot water. If necessary, they can also be cleaned in the dishwasher, in which case it is essential to remove any electrical components first!
