Our carving fork is an indispensable tool for all amateur chefs and professionals in the kitchen. With its sharp stainless molybdenum vanadium steel X50CrMoV15 prongs, it enables effortless carving of meat, poultry or roasts.

 

DETAILS:

The prongs are individually hardened and monitored in a special hardening process. This ensures that the blade wears significantly less, meaning that less sharpening is required. A polishing process increases the sharpness, speed and quality of each cutting edge. Thanks to the polished surface, the blade is corrosion-resistant and easier to clean.

The handle made of abrasion-free and cut-resistant Proflex ensures a non-slip and comfortable grip. The material is durable with good resistance to impacts, cuts and aggressive substances. Proflex also prevents grease or dirt from being absorbed and therefore guarantees safe and hygienic food processing.
