These robust serving spoons are made from (SAN) plastic, which is safe for use with food. This material has a particularly hard surface and is scratch resistant. The plastic can even handle short-term extreme temperature changes from freezing to boiling (approx. +95°C).
After use, just wash the serving spoon under hot running water with a bit of washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher.
